1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

A digital unlock code for the car radio whose serial number you give us. The code is shown on your order page and emailed to you. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown before you pay.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us the serial exactly as shown on the radio or its label.
• Only request codes for radios you own or are authorised to unlock. We may refuse or cancel suspicious orders.
• Follow the entry instructions carefully. Radios lock after repeated wrong entries.

4. Delivery

Most codes are delivered immediately after payment. Radios we check by hand are delivered within 2 hours (8am–8pm). We tell you which applies before you pay.

5. Cancellation rights

A radio code is digital content supplied immediately. When you order, you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This does not affect our guarantee below or your statutory rights.

6. Our guarantee

If the code does not unlock the radio whose serial you gave us, tell us within 30 days. We will provide the correct code or refund you in full. See the refund policy.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for lockouts or damage caused by entering codes other than the one we supply, entering it incorrectly, or radios that were faulty before use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Trademarks

We are not affiliated with any vehicle or radio manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify compatible vehicles and radios.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
