Where do the codes come from?

Many radios (Ford M/V, Renault, Fiat Daiichi, Blaupunkt, Toyota ERC…) have a known relationship between serial and code. We calculate yours instantly.

Looked up in issued codes

For radios whose codes were issued by the maker (VW group, Philips, Grundig, Vauxhall CDR…) we check millions of records.

Checked by our team

A few makes (such as Honda) need a person. We say so before you pay, and email your code within 2 hours (8am–8pm).
